What is Dayspring Villa’s age limit?

At Dayspring Villa, we welcome residents who are 55 years and older.

What transportation options does Dayspring Villa offer?

At Dayspring Villa, we offer you weekly shopping, cultural and nature-oriented outings. While we don’t provide personal transportation, we can help with options for getting around town. There is no cost to go on an outing, they are free of charge.

Does Dayspring Villa allow pets?

While we do not allow you to keep pets in your apartment, we do allow pets to come and visit our community.

Are there any activities or social programs available?

Yes. At Dayspring Villa, we offer you a variety of fun activities as a part of our Life Enrichment program. We offer resident-directed programming geared at empowering residents to try new things, continue their hobbies and continue to learn and grow in our community.

Is Dayspring Villa an all-inclusive community?

Yes, we are. Dayspring Villa is an all-inclusive community that is committed to providing you with excellent care and services. We proudly work with people of all beliefs, practices, background, races, creeds, sexual orientations, genders, marital status and abilities.


Living Options

Does Dayspring Villa have independent living or transitional apartments?

No, at Dayspring Villa we only provide assisted living apartment options to our residents.

What types of living options are available at Dayspring Villa?

We offer you assisted living options in a community that is overflowing with various opportunities for you to learn and grow.


Assisted Living

When is it time to move into assisted living?

Knowing when the right time to move into assisted living will vary based on each resident’s personal circumstances. Assisted living is generally a great option for seniors who could benefit from receiving assistance with daily tasks. Assisted living can also be an ideal option for seniors that are looking to live in a place that provides engaging activities for them with people in the same stage of life.

What is the Rhythms Life Enrichment programming?

At Dayspring Villa, our assisted living community offers person-centered care to encourage you to live an independent and vibrant lifestyle. Our Rhythms Life Enrichment program is based on four cornerstones of healthy aging: social, inspirational, intellectual and physical. To view our full philosophy, click here.

What amenities are included with assisted living?

In our assisted living community, you will have access to a variety of amenities and services. This includes; three daily dining experiences, housekeeping and bed-making, bathing and personal hygiene, medication supervision and more. Click here for a full list of services.

How big are the rooms in assisted living?

At Dayspring Villa, we offer you a variety of floor plans to choose from. We offer different size studio apartments ranging from 262 square feet to 456 square feet. To view our sample floor plans in more detail, click here.

How do you help residents who need reminders to take their medications?

At Dayspring Villa, we have trained staff members that will help you with medication supervision and assist you with remembering to take your medication daily. If you would like to use this service, just let one of our team members know.


Pricing

Are cable and phone services included in rent?

No, but all of our apartments have cable and phone service hook-up available. You will need to contact Comcast to arrange for your cable and phone service.

What payment sources do you accept?

We can help connect you with valuable resources like VA benefits, long-term care insurance, and even Medicaid. We prioritize existing residents who spend down their resources for Medicaid availability and offer a waitlist for those already qualified and receiving assistance. Contact us to learn more about financial options.

Will I need to pay an application or community fee?

We have a one-time $1500 community fee for private pay residents, due upon move-in.
