No. Our apartments have cable and phone service hook-up available, but you will need to call Comcast to arrange for cable or phone service.
Dayspring Villa is supported by two mission-oriented organizations. Mercy Housing owns the actual property and Christian Living Communities owns and runs the daily operations of the community.
Dayspring Villa gladly accepts private pay, Veteran’s Benefits and Medicaid. For Medicaid, we can accept someone already qualified and receiving assistance.
We welcome residents who are 55 years and older.
Yes. We have weekly shopping, cultural and nature-oriented outings. There is no cost to go on an outing. We do not provide personal transportation, but can help with options for getting around town.
Residents may not keep pets in their apartment homes, but we love when pets come to visit our community!
No. We only provide assisted living apartments.
Yes! We offer a fun and varied Life Enrichment program. We believe in resident-directed programming, empowering residents to try new things, re-connect with a past favorite hobby and to always continue learning.
